3. The Traineeship Structure

We offer two tracks, one focused on backend and the other on frontend, both designed to provide hands-on experience and real-world projects from day one.

Backend-Focused Traineeship (Software Engineer Track)

For those interested in building scalable, high-performance systems & modernizing business-critical software.

Year 1: Foundations (0-6 months)

📌 Goal: Establish a strong technical foundation before diving into projects.

• Structured courses in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and backend architecture
